In this Part 6, the series ends with a wrap up of making sure you are engaging customers with a holistic online identity. Once a potential customer finds you online, they should be able to move seamlessly between each channel to learn more about you and ultimately reach conversion.
Make sure each channel conveys a consistent message and the basic business information.
Integrate channels with links between existing channels to help customers explore holistically. Now is the time to start to include elements that can reinforce your value-add and personalize your business.
Finally, keep your online presence up-to-date and ask customers for feedback.
