Google Webmasters Series: Part 2 – Determine your business’ value-add and online goal

In Part 2 of the 7-part series for local business owners, the objective is to define your value-add and clarify your online goal. This video begins with helping you establish why a customer would select your business over another. It then discusses the top 3 goals of an online presence:

  • Increase revenue
  • Decrease costs and save time
  • Increase customer satisfaction

Pay attention to the great online customer funnel for increasing revenue at the end of the video. It clearly helps you understand the process from visitor to engagement to call to action, to conversion and finally loyalty for repeat customers. These short videos are full of invaluable information!

The third video in the series will discuss how to find potential customers so more visitors enter at the top of the funnel.
