Video 5 begins with a summary of what’s been accomplished in the previous videos and then focus on the engagement stage by effectively answering client questions and reinforcing the value-add.
- List the most common questions your customer would have.
- Check out the competition for good ideas and benchmarking.
- Put yourself in the customer’s shoes and show testimonials.
- Brainstorm how to demonstrate your value-add beyond text such as with photos, maps to indicate service area, videos and link to pertinent information.
